Each session is tailored to your needs...it's your breathing that inspires me. The modalities I incorporate are Swedish, sports, deep tissue, feather-light touch, cranio-sacral, hot stones, reflexology, yogi stretches. A shower is included before and/or after your session. An additional coverlet is available, although draping is optional.
